Default Brakes wont bleed right?

I have an ABS delete kit on the car. The car sat for about a year with the hole system dry as a bone. Calipers were empty. Bleed the crap out of the system the car will stop but the pedal goes to the floor and wont lock up. Its soft not sponge it just goes.

This is the weird thing when I'm bleeding it I hear a pop sound, coming from the master almost like a single hole of bubble rap poping.

Now I bought the car rolling used and have only his word for condition of the booster, master and calipers. Any of them could be bad but dont know how to trouble shoot this properly. There is zero fluid leaking in line, caliper seal, master not a drip.

Default

You 100% sure the lines coming off the master are going to the proper end of the car?
The front most port feeds the rear brakes. The rear most port (closest to the booster) feeds the front brakes.

You should also bench bleed the master.
