Default Brand new QA1's seem to be junk already...need help!

Just purchased these from a member on here. Brand new in packages still, 12 way single adjustable rears. I just install these about 2hrs ago, took it out for a spin on the lowest setting just to see how it felt. I got out and went to turn the setting up to make it more firm. One of the shocks adjusted just fine but the other wouldn't. The **** would absolutely not turn up or down. There was also a little "play" in the **** and the other side there was no "play"

Has anyone experienced this? Does this shock need sent back to QA1 already!? The ***** on both of the shocks turned just fine before i even installed them...

Is there a possibility the adjusting **** took a bump during installation? If so it could have damaged that shock. Sounds as if You might have to return the shock to the Mfg. sorry to say.
Keep us posted how this turns out.

I called QA1 and they said that the shock may need to be sent in for them to look at it. They also said that sometimes when you're turning the **** that you don't know if there is another click or not, so you try to turn it one more time and it'll get stuck since it won't turn any farther. I pulled the shock off and the **** just needed broke lose. It works fine now...silly me.

From what I've read, QA1's seem to be junk brand new.

Ive ran QA1's In my two cars for 5+ years and have not had any problems. They make quality parts IMO. Ive never needed to go past 6 clicks though
