Shocks first.
Shocks first.
Shocks first.
Shocks first.
That clear enough?

For most DDs, Bilstein HDs are what you want. Better handling, more comfortable, more control.
Lowered but still lots of DD miles, revalved Bilsteins.
Hardcore handling fan and/or slammed, Konis.
Drag car only with little or no street time, QA1s.

Do shocks first, then see how far short of your objectives you are.
If you are drag oriented, LCAs and a torque arm will be next.
If you are street, handling oriented - sway bars will be next.
