I was just asked that and I am not sure. I have a stock k-member and a guy wants it if it will fit his 97.

what motors?

if his 97 has a ls1, yes.

if they are both V6 cars, yes.

if they are LS1 vs LT1.. i am not sure.

No the mounts are different on the LT1 and LS1/
