LT1 with LS1 Rear Axle - Which Brake Rotors
I am about to order some brake rotors from one of the sponsors having a sale, but I remembered that I have a rear axle from an LS1 that I am soon putting on my car. So I will be driving an LT1 with an LS1 rear axle and backing plates, but still using my LT1 calipers. It seems I remember there being a slight difference in rear hub size between the two. So should I get LT1 front rotors and LS1 rear?

It's about which caliper and e-brake set-up you will be using mor than the hub size.
But ... 98+ rear hubs are slightly smaller than the 93-97 version.
So, 93-97s will work regardless, as it pertains to hub size. But using 98+ rotors on a 93-97 axle hub might be problematic.

I have an LT1 with an LS1 rear axle. I bought new rotors for the LT1 from Autozone and they worked fine.
I have not had any problems with the newer rear end being in my car (I deleted the ABS).

it depends on if you keep the ls1 rear brakes and convert your ebrake setup to that style or swap backing plates to use the lt1 rear brake setup.
when you swap rears just swap over the lt1 backing plates and calipers. there has been a long debated topic on using lt1 axles in an ls1 rear (some say they are the same length some argue different) I am running an ls1 rear (02) with lt1 axles and backing plates and calipers and rotors with no issues for 20k+ miles
