Default Spindle Movement?

When changing rotors I was breaking the bolts loose for the caliper on the pass side and immediately noticed the spindle twist a little back and forth. Pretty sure the other side didn't do that. What does this mean?

Default

Need to isolate the movement.

Did the hub move? change the hubs.
Did the knuckle walk around? Looking at ball joints.
Did the knuckle rotate? Might be a tie rod.
