Default Drag struts for Fbody? What should I buy.

I have a 96 Firebird with a 400 sbc lca's, relocation brackets, Competition engineering 3 way adjustable rear shocks, stock torque arm, 4.10s, 28x10.5 15 et streets. Was racing saturday night on blacktop and the car blistered the tires for a good 200ft. I wouldn't be upset if every other car there weren't running really well making me look like a rookie LOL.

Anyhow I think putting a drag strut in it might help.

Any suggestions?

Wheres the best place to order them? Im sure I really need it. I lowered the motor 3/4" and the trans 1/2" so I am sure the pinion angle is all outa wack.

Thanks for the input btw.

a good torque arm and a set of shocks on the car will help no doubt. AFCO and Strange are the best shocks out there and are proven winners. we have you covered on all the parts and setup experience as well. pm or call us for a quote!

Either Eric at Midwest or Madman.... seems you can't go wrong either way.

Hey, how are you? I just saw your thread, and wanted to give you a little info on the AFCO we offer. We have a proprietary valving for the AFCO shocks that noone else can get. You also get our expertise and tech-support with the purchase of our AFCO shocks. I can get you into the double adjustable shocks for $299.95 each. If you buy all four shocks all at once, I can work out a small deal with you. Give me a call if you're interseted. 225-673-3533

Thanks,
Steve
