Caliper is rubbing on my rotor, im about to start grinding!

Caliper is rubbing on my rotor, im about to start grinding! I reinstalled a 12 bolt a couple days ago and the left side is having issues. The caliper piece that bolts to the backing plate is rubbing on the outside of the rotor. The part that slides on the pins is fine. I think the 12 bolt has an 1/8" difference in where the backing plate sits an it needs to be grinded down. Any suggestions?
