Default strano performance

i just ordered a set of shocks from them. not 15 mins after i clicked "order" i got a call from them and we talked for a while about my goals and what i want out of the car. They were VERY nice and exremely helpful. SO far its been BY far the best ordering experience ive ever had.

wn i ordered myshocks there, there was a miss communication, but they werevey quick to solve the problem and to starighten everything out. I highly recommendthem for prices and overall service and for tryingtofind out what will work best for your application !!

Just wait until you try to get a tracking # or get a refund for parts you never received. I ordered my revalved Bilsteins and Hotchkis springs on Jan 19th, I knew the shocks were going to take a few weeks.

So after not being called back and hearing excuses and being given a bogus FedEx tracking number for the springs, on Jan 30th I requested a refund on the Hotchkis Springs and told Arlyn that I was going to order them from another sponsor. Arlyn emailed me back and told me she would take care of the refund on the springs...well I still haven't been credited back for the springs and my last email to Strano Performance on Monday still hasn't been returned

I work hard for my money and to me $210 is not alot of money but I don't just throw my money away .

I've been patient up until now.

Hey Administrators can I get a little help here??
