I actaully got Bilstein HD's off ebay, brand new set for $299 for all 4. I thought it was a good deal.

I wasted 2 brand new bilstien HD's in less than 1000 miles.

Some will say Koni DA's are to much shock for the car and you would never get the use out of them. Yup, they are spendy; yup, they are trick; yup, they will out perform just about any other shock available for an Fbody.

The nice thing about them is that you can adjust them for what you are fgoing to be doing. Just set them for mild ride for the daily commutes, and when you feel like you want to do some barn burning, crank them up. Coupled with HD's in the rear on a prokit, they provide excelent handling for an Fbody. May not be the choice for the drag strip but I have seen a number of people run them at the strip without any issues.

the pay off with the konis is the adjustability. and for that you pay a premium. Just like anything that will provide a number of different things at once, it costs a bit more.
