they look like a decent pad. I cant say that I have any experience with them. The Hawk HPS pads aren't that much more any my suspicion is that you will be infinitely happier with the stopping power of the Hawk pads. This goes farther if you plan on replacing the front AND rear. Pick up some Hawk HPS pads from Strano for $87 for the front and some generic ceramic pads for the rear for $30. That puts you at $120ish for some damned good brakes vs $85ish for some brakes that on that page the guy with the minivan wasn't totally happy with. Chances are pretty good you don't need rear pads anyway.

I hope any of that helps.

Well I'm doing the C5 conversion for the front brakes, so I could get the GranSport pads for 55$ in front, and Hawk Ceramics for 30$ on the stock LT1 rears....

I know for sure the fronts I don't want to cheap out on, but by the looks of it the GranSport pads look pretty promising. I just wanted to see if anyone had experience with them or not. I can always fall back on the good ol Hawks though...

I used Grand Sport 5's on a Thunderbird I had, and they worked well. Wasn't something I would run out and buy again, but I wouldn't say anything bad about them.

I can't find any info on the 5's, the 6's look like more of their performance pad. Anyone else use the GranSport 6's? I decided on the Hawk Ceramics 100% for the rear, 40$ shipped you can't beat man....
