Man.. do it yourself!!! I'm a total mechanic noob... but with sites like this, I made a fun/enjoyable weekend out of many of my suspension installs.
Tools...
2.5 ton jack w/ stand combo - $25 @ Sears
Common tool set, under $80 @ Sears
Torque wrench(s) ~ $70ish for the click style
From the list you posted... I've done everything except TQ Arm and Rear End Girdle.... and I would have definately kicked myself in the butt if I had paid someone else to do the install. Even the Shock install was pretty easy and straight forward after I figured how to work the dang spring compressors.

It took me 8 hours (including breaks and lunch)
to install LCAs, relo brackets, springs, shocks,
Panhard on the rear of my car, and the only
power tool needed was the Dremel for cutting
the brake line bracket strap welds. Two jackstands
and a floor jack, metric deep sockets and open-
end wrenches are needed. The lower shock nut
and the TA rear nuts are bigger than you will
likely get in the usual socket set; I already had
some deep impact sockets that covered that
though.
Look at it this way... you can pay the man, or
you can sweat a little and earn yourself a better
tool collection.
If you found a place that only charged $50/hr
shop rates I think you'd still be into the $400
range for all this and since it's all bolt-ons, it
hardly seems like you'd be getting anything
special applied for that dough. The only thing
you might want to farm out is the front shocks/
springs and if you roll up with the assembly in
your trunk you should be able to get a tire place
to do the press work for $25 a side if it's a slow
day.

Go to www.installuniversity.com
They can give you install times that
you can estimate costs by multiplying
by labor rate 45-65 bucks/hr.
Or just call a shop
