Default Found 2 different GM Shock Mounts

I'm looking for GM shock mounts since I found mine were torn up. Through a search on here and on a GM parts diagram, I found the OEM part number is 22146933 and 22146934 (L&R). GMpartsdirect lists them for $117.

I then looked them up on Rock Auto and found an AC Delco mount for $71.79, with a part number that cross-referenced to GM part #88946382, which GMpartsdirect lists for $66.

So what I'm wondering is, what is the difference in the part numbers? Anyone have any info on the 2nd one?

#9 in the picture.

BTW, I'm pretty sure both places are sponsors, but if they're not, please don't close this thread. I'll just edit the names if need be. Thanks.

you cpuld give ac delco supplier or go there website and ask them. i know that ac delco has some good prices on there parts, but i am not sure if they are made differently. could just be the same part in a delco box.

Even though one is half the price of the other? I guess it's possible but I figured there would be SOME difference.

Rarely is an AC Delco part the same as an O.E. piece. AC Delco is a vanilla aftermarket part in thier box. Quality is usually acceptable however since they use reputable suppliers such as Gabriel, Raybestos and Gates.

Lightbulb

If you believe the news release, GM is supposed to be getting more competitive.

http://www.autoblog.com/2011/02/03/m...ips/#continued

"Throughout 2011, Certified Service will continue to build upon a successful national value pricing strategy that includes pricing benchmarked against the competition; a broader choice of service and price options to suit owners' priorities and budgets; rebates on certain key products and services; and a tire price match guarantee."
