Found 2 different GM Shock Mounts

Found 2 different GM Shock Mounts I'm looking for GM shock mounts since I found mine were torn up. Through a search on here and on a GM parts diagram, I found the OEM part number is 22146933 and 22146934 (L&R). GMpartsdirect lists them for $117.
I then looked them up on Rock Auto and found an AC Delco mount for $71.79, with a part number that cross-referenced to GM part #88946382, which GMpartsdirect lists for $66.
So what I'm wondering is, what is the difference in the part numbers? Anyone have any info on the 2nd one?
