Default need to drop the front of my car only...

and this is a budget car. i have another car that i race with. this is my cruiser. i only want front lowering springs. the rear i will do the heater hose mod (MAYBE) and i have 2 12" subs and a couple massive amps (roughly 200lbs of audio) in the back so i don't want lowering springs and risk rubbin up my new tires.

any recommendations?

only reason i don't get strano's set is because i rear on some of the reviews in this section that the springs are REALLY made for racing and excess weight in the rear can cause "problems" (not sure what that means?!)

any advice?

i really don't want to convert to coilovers just to drop the front an inch.
or spend hundreds to get bmr's drop spindles.

just get bmr for the front then, they sell them separately.. stranos are suppose to be great, I havent put mine on yet but with that much audio equipment your going to want a stiffer spring then most will normally run.

Nothing wrong with cutting a coil off the stockers.
