Best budget suspension setup I'm looking at installing the Strano adjustable front suspension kit and was wondering, what would the best setup be if I wanted to upgrade my shocks and springs as well? I have the RS body kit and I would still like to go over speed bumps, but I would like the best performance characteristics I could get.

Which adjustable front suspension kit were you looking at (link)?
Also, your post is kind of vague....I'm assuming you're looking to upgrade a street car, but is your focus on handling or more so for weight transfer for the drag strip (I'm going to assume handling)? Are you looking to lower or do you just want to improve performance? What parts do you have installed now?
Basically, just give us a bit more information to work with
