Personally I wouldn't put a Pro-Kit on, no matter how low the cutout.. But thats just me and my horrible experiences with Eibach springs for f-bodies..

I would go with Hotchkis or Strano WAY before Eibach..

And it really depends on where the cutout is. Does it scrape now? 3.5" of clearance isn't too shabby.. Figure on the average lowering springs to bring you down anywheres between 1-1.5".

I have similar size tires on the rear with prokits on. I would be hesitant to drop your car with a cutout if you drive it on city streets. I have kooks LT and Y and will occasionally hit a speed bump with the Y if I am not careful.

Don't lower it that much, IMO a 1" drop is perfect to lose the 4x4 stance while still maintaining decent ground clearance. I'm about an 1" lowered and I've scraped my cutout only once on a tall speed bump.

I don't know how much lower a cutout is, but here are my before & after 1"Strano drop pics of my Kooks catted Y, at cat. But, I'm also still on stock 16" rims with GSD3 tires (if that matters)

1" drop: mild speed bums in my neighborhood do not scrape.
