I just now finished installing both front single adjustable koni 4/4 shocks right now and found a piece that was in the box of the front shocks. What is this and do I really need it? I would hate to disassemble the fronts again to put this piece back in.

I believe that goes over the end of the shock to protect the adjuster during shipment.

^^^ yap, i threw them away after i put the shocks on.

Ah I figured after I saw them over the top of the rear shocks. It was completely loose in the front shocks box though. Thanks!
