Default Bleeding brakes with wheels on/off?

Hello everyone. I Have a motive pressure bleeder and was wondering if it is better to remove my wheels ( Stock SLP 17" ZR1's ) or just reach through the spokes and operate the bleeder screws ( bleeder wrench 5pt. 10mm?) with the catch bottle tube?

I don't seem to be able to reach the bleeder from the back side with the wheel on. Removing the wheel seems to be the best way, but I figure that I will have to run through the sequence at each wheel more than once jacking and removing lugs and then re-attaching everything again.

Thanks in advance for you responses.

Careful with brake fluid...it WILL damage paint, and possibly wheel finishes. Exercise due caution, and remove the wheels....even if you remove only one at a time.

Excellent advice and the reasons behind it.
