Default Vibration at 55mph+ Info Inside

I got the car about a month ago and I'm trying to chase down the major vibrations. The trans mount helped reduce most of it, I went to change my u-joints as they weren't in great shape. The car developed a vibration at around 55+ I've only got it to 70 and it a stupid amount of vibration coming through the seat and the shift handle (4l60e). If I throw the car in neutral the vibration stays.
I had rear tires put on a couple hundred miles ago and I'm wondering if coincidentally one of them lost a weight, so I'm going to get those 2 re-balanced today after work. I'm scared that's not going to fix the problem.

I've done a ton of searching. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Possibly your drive shaft is out of balance?

That's what I thought, but I had it balanced and it didn't change a thing.

If the vibration goes away after you get above 70-75, then its the balance of your new tires.

Just happened to me on another vehicle. The tech had 3 of 4 new tires balanced wrong.
