Default Brake question

Ok so my dash brake light came on a while back (master went out) bought a new one along with new break pads. Put the master on the other night and didnt have time to bleed the brakes so the light was still on. I changed the pads yesterday and my brake light went off and wont turn on even with the e-brake pulled. Why is it doing this?

Probably a bad ebrake handle switch. I've got the same issue and just procrastinating having to take my console out.

IT shouldn't be anything serious...hopefully just a defective brake handle switch. It's annoying, but nothing really to worry about. However, getting it checked out is always a good idea.
