Default Brake issues... No peddle pressure?!?!?!?!?!

Im having some issues with my brakes... I have deleted abs and have replaced the factory rubber lines with stainless braided lines... Since doing this I can not get any peddle pressure to build up what so ever. I have bled and bled the lines. The peddle will become rock hard and wont even budge then I start the car and it just effortlessly goes to the floor. The brakes will not even lock up the tires.. Any ideas?? Ive used my mighty vac to bleed them and did it the old fashion way. Nothing seems to be making anything any better....

Checked for leaks?
Started bleeding at the Passenger Rear Tire?
Bled the MC?

No leaks.. Started at pass rear first... the master has always had fluid in it so figured bleeding it was not necessary?

Might be a bad MC... although if it was working before you took the ABS off that's kinda strange.

Not sure where to go from here, but IMO it's either still air in the lines, or a bad MC.
