front wheel alignment issues, wheel to far back.
front wheel alignment issues, wheel to far back. ok so heres the deal, i have a pro-fab ls1 k-member, factory upper control arms pair w/ umi adj. lower control arms. the car does have aerospace drag brakes qa1 coilovers and susp limiters. Not that all of this makes a difference but i just wanted to make sure everyone was fully informed of the whole front set up.
My problem is (pics below) that i dunno what i need to adjust to "center" the tire/wheel in the wheel well more. It has adj lowers and i havent touched them since i recieved them from umi. How should i go about doing this? i'd like to get it "ballpark" close before trying to get it to an alignment shop.

ok, that makes sense, i was just looking at it a few minutes ago, and theres about an inch of threads showing on the threaded adjustment portion of the rear most rod end. After work tomorrow i'll drop the tie rods and mess with it. I appreciate you pointing me in the right direction!
I had a similar problem with mine.. My stock upper control arms were on the wrong side of the car and caused the spindle to sit at a different angle, which forced my tire very close to the front bumper. Just my .02 cents
