Jegster 8 point roll bar
Anyone using this, it's inexpensive, and I am a decent welder. Just want to know how the figment is and if there are any other modifications that need to be done.

My friend purchased one for his Roadrunner, needed a lot of cutting/fitting and the Main hoop was a bitch to get in the car and set-up. We had to use ratchet straps because it was a bit too wide at the bottom. All in all, it came out good.

under 200 bucks for the kit itself, plus handling and shipping so around 300. For a wolfe bar you pay almost 700. It comes notched as well which you pay extra for with the wolfe. I am going to email jegs and ask them if they've had any feedback on it. Heres the one I am looking at http://www.jegs.com/i/Jegster/550/944503K/10002/-1
nevermind it is not notched, but notching is easy if you have metal fab experience.

yah the jegster is not notched, which is not a problem though because notching a tube end is really simple. I dont think it could be that hard, I've honestly done worse fab projects its just this one has a safety requirement so I want it to be done PERFECT and don't have time to waste on the install.
