Unless you're restoring a car back to original showroom stock for show use, i highly getting the Blain Fab brackets linked above.

You did not answer the question.

In addition, the issues I have had with the stockers is the electro-welded nuts coming off or swaybars u-mount bolts snapping off in the mounts. Issues I do not believe Blaines' would help...

I believe the question being referred to was
"Is it the same part number for both the passenger and driver side?"

yes,if you look at the pic,the front one is just flipped over for a different view. GM catalog calls out for 2 of that one part.
