Default castor@camber settings

could anyone advise me what the castor @cambor settings are fore my pontiac firehawk 2001 10th anniversary as i am trying to set the tracking regards martin from england

Caster: 5* left side; 5.5* right side

Camber: (for reasonable street driving and best overall tire wear) 0*, both sides. For a little more agressive driving, make it (-).5-75*, both sides.

Toe In: .04*, both sides. I'm not sure of the metric conversion, but around 1/16", if your alignment rack doesn't measure toe in degrees.


However, since your're mentioning being in England, and you are most likely driving on the opposite side of the road as we Americans, you may need to swap the caster settings, side to side. We add a little caster to the right side of our cars so the car runs a touch to the left, therefore tracks straight on "crowned" roads. Since you're on the opposite side of the road, you may want the car to run a touch right, to compensate for the crown...
