Budget Suspension Package
Okay, this is a pretty general question that could probably become a permanent sticky.
What are the essential suspension upgrades for our F-Body's for the cash?
(I already have Eibach pro-kit springs and a front sway bar.) I'm primarily interested in everyday driving and an occasional burst at the track.
Here's my ideas for essential upgrades so far:
1. SFCs (weld or bolt)
2. LCAs (Adjustable or not?)
3. Panhard Rod (Adjustable)
Later on:
4. Shocks/Struts
5. Torque Arm
6. Rear Sway Bar
I'd much rather save money for a new rear end or a big H/C setup but power is worthless if the car can't handle it.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I recommend the weld in sfc's if you got the welder, if not find a good shop to do it. Alot of ppl have the bolt ins and have great luck, I just like the weld ins. Remember if you take it to a shop make sure they know what they are doing.
I am not real familar with why you would need adjustable control arms. For what you want I think a set of tubular with poly bushings would be great.

Do you think you'd get a different answer if you were gonna put the parts on a credit card?
A blast down which track?

It seemed like a fairly general question to ask. By using "cash" in my question I assumed we understand credit, check, and other forms as acceptable mediums. It's all worth the same. As for the track, I was referring to any 1/4 mile track.

Pro Kits and a beefier sway bar work against you in drag racing. And I think the H/C package would be more advantageous in the quarter than the suspension upgrade. Sounds like you want a road track suspension for drag racing.
