I currently have the 93-97 LT1 Eibach Pro-Kit with SLP Bilsteins on my 2000 Trans Am. They are firm but not overly harsh. I haven't hit the bump stops yet but they're just about tore off. The car's more fun to drive now then before. And the stance is just about perfect, but I may add the heater hose to the bottom coil just get a raked angle. But if I had it to do over again I'd probably get Strano's.

That's because you have hit the bumpstops.... Every..... single..... day..... more.... than..... once.....
"bottoming out" and "hitting the bumpstops" (or claiming not to here) comments probably rank in the top 3 things I hear everyday that's never right. The fact is the car uses the stops normally, even stock. If you lower the car you are not less prone to hitting them, but more prone to it. The trick is *HOW* you do it, which is a mix of spring rate and damping rate.
Don't have to believe me, mark them with some grease... you'll find it on the axle sooner than later, but easier than that. Look at the axle it'll be clean where the stop contacts it.

Unfortunately, none, or none that will give you the "stance", as well as a good ride. When you lower the car that much, you run out of suspension travel, so unless you're willing to live with a somewhat harsh ride, you'll have to live with something not quite as low. I know, as I've been there.....

Not a problem.I wish I would've done it right the first time but I found a used set exactly like you did and thought I'd try it and the overall feel/drive of the car has changed a lil bit but bumps are horrible.you'd be better off cutting 1- 1 1/2 coils off the stock springs to get the same look but I'm sure would handle better than the prokit if you want until you save up

this is my '95 TA with the eibach pro-kit. i also went with tokico blue shocks at the same time. the ride is a little rough but in my opinion not as bad as some people are making it out to be. and it handles like a go-kart....i'm quite happy with my setup and the looks are killer....

A buddy had the LS1 Pro-kit on his 2000 WS6. Stance was perfect with his 17x11 TT2's in the rear. Then he got tired of the ride, there was some sag, and he went to the lower perch/HH mod setup. Now he's not happy with the stance. He's looking at doing Stranos.
Moral of the story: there are compromises any way you go. Ya gotta decide what's most important - how it looks or how it rides.
