Yes, and that is actually a great idea to contact Sam. Sprung weight is the weight carried by the springs, unsprung is the opposite, the wheel, brakes, and axle are all unsprung.

Not that its totally necessary but still a noticable improvement is the BMR strut tower brace. Simple stupid upgrade but helps for cheap.
