Default Trying to get a smooth drive

Okay I know I can never get a perfectly smooth ride in my firebird but I can get close! whats the best combination in struts and springs that will do me good? If anyone has any info on air suspension I would be very interested in knowing how to get one of those lol

search my friend... most will say strano springs and koni shocks, but i vote for bmr springs... IF going lowered. otherwise koni's and stock springs/possible heater hose mod.

"smooth" will all depend on what you are trying to accomplish, daily driving, autox/track, and other components such as tires, bushings, other suspension components...

not too much on air ride, though check threads by jasonvw, or slammed1500...

and please people lets not start another bmr vs strano thread...
