A-arm differences?

A-arm differences?
GM lists different part numbers for the different suspension RPO codes (FE2, FE4, F41, etc) and different years. Are there any actual differences between them physically?
Saying I was to pull a lower A-arm out of a 98-02 V6 or V8 F-body and try to bolt it onto a 93-97 engine cradle, would I have issues?

FE2 relates to the ratio of the steering racks, there were two, one that did 2.25 turns lock to lock, and one that did 2.75 turns, l t l. A arms should be the same, even from v6 to v8 models.
