Raisin' her back up...
Gents,
I recently puchased my second LS1 (2000 SS camaro) and I love it except for one thing. It has been lowered. I don't like the lowered appearance at all, and am not happy with the ride. I don't race the car and don't intend to (my wife drives this one more than I do)...
Returning it to stock height.... should I just replace the stock springs or does Strano/Eibach make springs that will return it to standard height that are better than the stock ones?
Also, if it has a shock set-up that is made for it being lowered, will I have to replace the shocks too?
Cost to do the spring work? I have seen used stock spring seats relatively inexpensive, but how expensive it is to have them swapped out....
Thanks.
