Default need help diagnosing a rear susp problem

While driving the SS, driver side rear seems like I have a flat when I run over lane markers/hump(??). My tire pressure is good and I'm running the prokit which spring is not sagging. Also I'm still running spring isolator

I'm going to swap shocks n check if its the shock itself. Running konis n bought em new in 08.

Any advice what else I shld look into?

So you're feeling the small reflectors to the level that your car feels it has a flat tire and only on one side? That's an abrupt, short compression of the shock which your rears may not be fully suited to handle. Have you tried to recreate it on the passenger side, too? I would start things off doing that and then check every bolt and bushing in the rear suspension.

Yea the ride is rough on back left rear only...

I'll be switching the rear shocks on each side first. I added a new adj bmr phb last week. This problem existed before phb install.

Lca bushings are fairly new.

What other bushings shld I chk?

The driver's side is where the panhard is mounted to the rear, so check those bushing. Can you recreate the sound with the car on the ground by bouncing it?

Sorry its squeaky while I bounce the car and feels rough while driving (left rear)
Car sits about 1/2" -3/4" lower on driver side rear then rear psgr side.

My phb is new and even with stock phb I was having same issue.

I want to say it's your shock then. If everything is operating correctly, then that's the only thing I can think of.

Hey Darkhorse. How about spraying some silicone aerosol lube on all your moving suspension parts? And do you have a wheel bearing going bad?

At this point, you need to get the car on a four-post lift. When you're underneath the car you can get a friend to recreate the sound while you're underneath it. Identifying the source is the next step now.

I was thinkin the same thing.

See years ago I hit a median on driver side... Never had this issue since till now. Frame came back good, replaced rear left lca with fairly new bushings, put adj phb, has new end links for sway.
