Question Stainless Steel Brake Lines?

I'm going road racing for the first time in April and I have some DOT 4 brake fluid to replace my stock stuff with. I figured while I'm having that done, I might as well replace the lines with stainless steel ones (Earl's). However, after I did a search, I read that some people were saying that the stainless lines weren't really for a daily driver since you can't see when they're starting to break down inside and that they need more inspection and replacement then rubber lines. This doesn't make entire sense to me. Is this info accurate?

If yu keep your brake fluid changed reguarly, and you will need to if you go with a performance brake fluid, you shouldn't have any problems.

Mine (Earl's) are almost 4 years old, now ...
