Are we talking with about the adjustable panhard bar and the adjustable lower control arms?
If we are, the correct way to install them is to take your old lower control arms off the car and put your new one on top of it. You will begin to make the adjustment to draw the arm in or out to match the bolt holes of your factory LCA. You will then get your second LCA and match it to your other BMR LCA and make sure they are as close as possible. Now they are ready to be installed.
The same method applies to the panhard bar, which will be adjusted for position once it's in the car. Drive the car around the block to try and get everything to settle in. The preferred method to adjust it's position and get the rearend squared is to drive onto a four-post lift (drive-on ramps will work just as well) and hang a piece of string with a weight (coin or a bolt) above the fender. You will then measure the distance from the wheel to the string and adjust the panhard so that both are an identical length. You're done.
Let me know if you have any questions!
