Talked to them last week.

Looking at around mid 300's for the torque arm AND the TA relocation crossmember.

Very interesting read...

I was leaning towards UMI for all the suspension goodies that I am planning on ordering in the next couple weeks; LCA, PHB, SFC, Sways, STB etc... but now after reading all the possitive reviews, and seeing the pricing differences, I am seriously considering Founders Performance.

They should no problem, as that's what I'm running. When I did my clutch 2 weeks ago I didn't even have to unbolt the duals.

Looking at whgere my trans cross member is, and looking at the other kits on the market, I think it's safe to assume their long TA with the TA relocation should fit fine.

A short tunnel style doesn't interest me in the least bit.

My money's ready. Hell, I tried to THROW it at them 2 weeks ago to get one of the few proto-types they had, LOL

I also purchased the Founders PHB and LCARB's, I love them so far. I need to get some lower controls next, waiting for the TA and relo as well...

Someone should get on the stick and start a "Founders Performance Torque Arm" thread... We might even get a deal (like we need a lower price anyways) for being the first ones.

Just remember it's Founders with an S at the end, unlike this threads title.

Whigham... Get something going.. Just PM me if you need me to do anything.

I'm 100% down to get a deal, something like free shipping or the sort for being first in line.

I'm in the market for a TA relocation for an a4. Maybe I'll wait a little longer and see what Founders is cooking up. =)

Angry

Read thru the thread. Just got an 02 SS hardtop 6spd. Got bad wheel hop and doesnt hook up for ****. Got some questions, Founders if u wanna chime in, I'm looking to by your products.
Sounds like LCAs and PHB should make a huge difference. My car is stock ride height but I do plan to do a set of drop springs soon (eibach prokit maybe?). I know I'll need LCRLBs when dropped. My question is what is the main benefit of going with adjustable vs fixed? Setting pinion angle right? doesnt the fixed kit set pinion angle where it needs to be to plant the rear? Money is tight and the price of the fixed lca n phb kit looks great. Its a DD with some drag strip and soon autocross. Will stock shocks work for now? Input?

Adjustable for aftermarket rear ends 9 inch or whatever to center the rear, I'm sure that's not the only benefit though.

As far as adjustable, you shouldn't need adjustable LCAs. You WILL need adjustable PHR though. When you lower the PHR will actually move the rear offcenter (if you go look at where it mounts you will see why). After lowering, you will need to adjust the PHR to bring the rear end back to center, which is why you need the adjustable.

Stock shocks will work, but chances are yours are not any good anymore (unless you have really low miles). If you are going through the work to install new springs, you might as well change out the shocks as well and save yourself some hassle
