Default Finally "lowered" my 4x4

Got my Konis and BMR springs on the car yesterday.

It's not a huge difference ( because the car is so light - 3400 lbs w/ 200 lb driver ), and it doesn't look "slammed", but I like it. I know that it's lower, because I can fit one and a half less fingers between the tire and the fender well.

The ride is insane with the Konis. It should be, because two of my 108,100 mile DeCarbons were completely shot. Feels like it's on rails, body roll and control over bumps is much improved. I can't wait to see what a good set of Strano sways will do.

The car definitely "feels" lower, both riding in and getting in/out of the car. I like it a lot, and should have done this sooner.

Looks real good. I'm getting ready to order my set for the WS6. Could you have made it "lower" by changing the adjustments or placing the spring on the lower perch?

I supposed I could have put the spring on the lower perch, but that is supposed to bring another set of problems, and I like simple.

Keep in mind that my car is a former drag car with a lot of weight out of it ( still ). It has always sat high. Just now it looks more stockish. I used to be able to fit five fingers in between the rear tire and fender.

I'm happy with it height wise, honestly.

It may settle a little more with some driving. The BMR Springs and Koni shocks are a huge upgrade over the stock junk. You have a good looking car there. If there is anythig else we can do for you let us know.
