5/8" ID heater hose, I bought mine at Autozone for about $1/foot. You need about 3 feet.

I could definately tell a difference

Make sure its easily bendable. If its too stiff then it won't bond around the coil and it'll slide around. Don't forget to zip tie it to the coil either.

BTW - Regular garden hose works well.
