Default Brake noise when braking from high speed

I have no idea if I am going to be able to explain what I am experiencing correctly but whenever I have to brake from lets say 70+ and when I brake quick and firm but not slamming on the brakes I get this weird vibration and noise which sounds like a slight whine but it never does it on normal highway or city driving and braking. When I painted the calipers last spring my pads were at about 75+% and rotors were the same. I can't exactly figure out if its coming from the left or right side but theres no decrease in noticeable performance and for some reason pumping the brakes seems to make it stop. Anyone have a similar experience with drilled and slotted rotors or any other parts?
