Default oh no not another sportlines thread

i went to pick up a set of heads for my engine build, while i was at the guys house was checking out his formula, and bullshittin...l seen a set of springs and he asked if i wanted them... agreed on $50, set of sportlines came off an lt car... i have read number of threads about how shitty they are... but didnt like the stance of my car... fronts were already mounted to struts.. so i put them on the next day... i had hotchkis and decarbons on the front i swaped with the sportlines and im guessing stock struts...they are black.. gave me the stance i want... which is good... so i finally drove it around some and it actually rides and handles better than hotchkis springs... smoother, better road feel,.. so am i just wrong on how a car should ride and handle? or is the fact that they are from an lt car in an ls car the difference? any input would be nice...thanks

I just sold my sportlines and i honestly thought they were good springs. (Handling, how it rode ect..) But they were too low since my car is a daily driver. People on here seem to make them seem worse than they really are.
Off topic but wanna sell me your Hotchkis set up?

Stock shocks are the orange decarbons. Not sure what the black ones are, but it wouldn't surprise me if part of the reason it handles better is because the shocks (whatever they are) are better.
