You should pick up some LCA relocation brackets. They're cheap and do work fairly well. What tire pressure are you running?

Pinion angle won't help his problem. That basically just helps with driveline vibration issues and u-joint strength. Reading what the current setup is, it sounds like you need the relocation brackets as stated before. It sounds like you have too much load on the rear end and it isn't allowing the suspension to react
