Default Paint Front Sway Bar - Will it Squeak?

I've got my front sway bar off to replace the bushings and end links and was thinking of painting it since it's getting a little rusty.

I'm going with rubber bushings (I hate squeaks lol)

Will the painted surface make it squeak?

I believe rubber won't squeak.. just the poly will when the grease wears off. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

My factory ones started to squeak quite a bit. I just greased them and all was fine, hasn't squeaked since.

The paint shouldn't make it squeak at all.

You could use poly-urethane bushings if you wanted and if you kept them lubricated properly there wouldn't be any noise and they would perfrom better then the rubber bushings.
