Default Stock "Pan Hard Bar" Alignment Question..

Forgive my ignorance, but I have searched indefinitely for this answer. I have a stock Pan Hard Bar (I do not know the correct terminology on this mechanism) that I need to adjust, being that my differential is 3/8" towards the passenger side. What is the proper method to move my rear end so that I achieve a 0-0 difference between rear fender edge vs. differential edge? Car is currently level on jack stands (differential under load).

BTW.. 2000 SLP with Bilstein shocks and rear spring option, if that helps.

even with mine at stock height, i was over 3/4" to the drivers side, so i got an adjustable panhard bar.
