No, I had them press out the old and press in the new. It only cost me like 20 bucks. I was only doing one control arm on my old car (driver upper) but I don't imagine it would cost too much to have them do all upper and lower bushings. Once I decide what I'm doing with my front suspension I may have the shop do all upper and lower bushings on my current car, although I'm still kicking around the idea of aftermarket everything up front.
