Line lock e-brake

I was wondering if I could use line lock as my e brake. Or would the line lock solenoid be drawing constant power and drain the battery?

No way! The solenoid isn't meant to be on constantly. Your battery would drain in minutes and i bet that solenoid would get pretty hot.
