I'm not going to get into the advanced details of spring rates etc.(because I honestly don't know much about it) but I can say from personal experience that I autoX my TA with strano/koni setup. Without making any adjustments I went to the drag strip and pulled a 1.67 60' on my stock ten bolt. It's also completely streetable.
