Default intermittent vibrations 55+ mph

I own a 1999 Corvette C5 with 29,000 miles on it.

I'm having a vibration-two second gap-vibration in the 55-65 mph range felt through the gas pedal, seats, and just about all around except the steering wheel.

it is more apparent through the steering wheel at higher speeds such as 70+

on hard banking turns on left front side a small bump is at a specific point when the tire rotates like clockwork

-tires with 2,000 miles on them,
-rims are not bent (already checked)
car was lifted to see if any of the suspensions rubber is rotted.

only thing that could use a replacement rubber wise is swaybar bushings and end links which i dont see why would be the cause of this

tires were balanced on a Roadforce machine

My guess is the wheel bearings are just dried out from the car not getting more then 2,000 miles a year but im not an expert.

Any help is greatly appreciated thank you
