My Formula has panhard bar, LCAs, front and rear sway bars, 19" wheels, QA1 HAL adjustable shocks, Eibach Pro springs, and BMR LCA relocation brackets, and it's totally smooth, I could daily it with no issue other than it being so low that it occasionally scrapes. The ride is really comfortable, and it handles awesomely.

Yes, it is TOTALLY worth it.

Lower center of gravity = better handling.

Not necessarily. You don't want to be too low. Suspension that has no give to it will make the car a lot tougher to control. It's all about a proper balance.

Oh totally.. but just changing springs or something isn't really gonna take you to that point. My car is pretty low, and it sticks pretty well, I have no complaints at all. I don't think I could actually put it much lower without having issues with bottoming out on things. I'm just talking about lowering a F-body from stock height.
