Suspension, Where to start?

So I have a 2000 z28, 383 stroker, moser 12 bolt. Pretty much stock suspension though. Has a BMR torque arm, on the tail housing still. The relocation bracket for that is my first planned suspension buy. But after that, I'm not sure if I should pick up LCA, Panhard bar, LCA relocation brackets. Or if I should start with front and rear shocks/stuts and springs. I guess, a good question would be, what would be the best bang for the buck starting point on a suspension build?
The car is going to be street/strip and I'm not to concerned on ride quality. I'd the car hook and go, than be comfortable. Also, multiple tuning settings aren't to scary, as long as I can find enough information on how to start tuning suspension.

For street/strip:
UMI: 3 point SFC & Safety Loop
UMI: Poly/Roto-Joint adj LCA's
UMI: Poly Roto-Joint Adj Panhard Rod
UMI: Relo-Brackets
Stock Springs
Koni DA's
Why: First 4 to keep you launching straight and build in adj if your not.
Stock springs work well for strip and if you want a 3/4" drop you can use the Koni's lower perch. Also with stock spring you can still run a 26" tall DR
Koni DA's for launch...fully adj compression as well as rebound control.
This set up will let you have a great street performer as well with a good wheel/tire.
If you purchase all this through Strano he can help you with all your adj for either street or strip set-ups
