Default Mix and match front suspension

I just snagged a used k member. I am led to believer it's bmr. I haven't received it yet so I can't be sure.

In my research I've seen people say "brand x a arms will not work on brand y k member." Is there any truth to this? My thought is that these parts are all supposedly designed to work with stock pieces so they should all work together.

I'm just looking to save weight. So for the litte weight loss there is to be had I'm not looking to go overboard and spend money I really don't have to. This is going to be one of those mods that was spur of the moment and not on my winter to do list.

It is some true some aftermarket k members won't work with stock parts. I remember reading a thread on here a few weeks ago about someone having the same problem and had to go tubular.

If your k-member is in fact one of our BMR k-members then it will absolutely work with the factory arms and any other a-arms that have the factory dimensions. If you want to post up a picture or send me an email I would be more than happy to confirm if it is a BMR k-member or not.

I'll have to do that when it shows up. Thanks for chiming in.
