Torque Arm Shocks
I will be wanting a driveshaft loop.
What shocks?
I've been looking at QA1s but there is so many?
Just the single adjustable F and R series?
I saw a guy had problems mounting them the body of the shock was hitting the mount in the rear?
Weekend Cruiser/Strip.
Have a S60 with 4.10s that should be here in a couple weeks.
Will be running Bias Plys.

I honestly prefer the Strange SA shocks over the QA1 shocks especially now that QA1 uses steel bodied shocks and Strange uses aluminum bodied shocks.

Original poster... I asked you a few questions in your thread in the LT1/LT4 section.
Thanks!
Ryan
To our knowledge, this has not impacted the 4th Gen Camaro line, as QA1 said only its struts were moved over to steel because they handle side-loading better than the easily distorted aluminum. While many think the fronts of our cars have "struts" it is not correct. They have a shock.

Yes a lot of people do tend to assume these are strut cars.
Thanks,
Ryan
I will try to post just in this thread since its under Suspension Sub forum.
How is the front end not a strut? If it has a spring perch on the tube and the spring fits over the tube?
Or is the front a coil over?
The front end of a 4th generation f-body has a SLA style suspension which stands for short-long arm and it utilizes a shock rather than a strut. A strut style front suspension does not have upper a-arm like the 4th generation f-bodys have.
